This modular steel structure is the foundation of our shelters. It can be built in an hour and combined with roof and wall panels to create a safe shelter where no building material can be found locally.
The frame can be covered with a standard tarp to set it up quickly during emergencies and upgraded with local materials - like bamboo - by attaching them in different ways. This means that families living in our shelters and the organisations supporting them can change and improve them as needed over time.
